INDIGO SOL LETTERSTerms & ConditionsLast updated: August 2026Welcome to Indigo Sol Letters. These Terms & Conditions apply when you subscribe to Indigo Sol Letters. By purchasing or maintaining a subscription, you agree to these terms.Please read them carefully before subscribing.1. About Indigo Sol LettersIndigo Sol Letters is a monthly printed reflection letter subscription created and operated by Sharm Petersen, trading as Indigo Sol, a sole trader based in New South Wales, Australia.Indigo Sol is centred around the Indigo Sol Journey:Season → Stillness → Awareness → Belief → Possibility → LightYour current Indigo Sol Season helps provide context for where you may be right now. Your monthly letter may explore your season or another area of the Indigo Sol Journey that may support reflection, awareness and personal growth.The intention behind each letter is simple: to create a moment of stillness, offer something meaningful to reflect upon and remind you of the light you came here to shine.2. What You ReceiveYour Indigo Sol Letters subscription includes a printed monthly letter delivered to your nominated mailing address.Your monthly experience may include:* A personal Indigo Sol reflection letter
* An affirmation to return to throughout the month
* A reflection question or invitation to sit with
* An intention and reflection card
* A keepsake card
* A motivational sticker
* Access to the private Indigo Sol WhatsApp community, should you choose to joinThe exact design, format, content and additional inclusions may vary from month to month.Participation in the Indigo Sol WhatsApp community is optional. You may receive your monthly letters without joining the community.3. Your Indigo Sol SeasonWhen subscribing, you will be asked to provide your current Indigo Sol Season:Dreamer · Explorer · Nurturer · Builder · Phoenix · Sage · Lightkeeper · RestorerYour season helps Indigo Sol understand where you are right now and provides context when creating your letters.If you are unsure of your current season, you can complete the Indigo Sol Season Reflection before submitting your subscription details.Your season may naturally change over time. You are welcome to complete the Season Reflection again and let Indigo Sol know if you feel you have moved into another season.Your season does not mean that every letter will focus exclusively on that season. Letters may explore different themes and different parts of the Indigo Sol Journey.4. Personal Nature of the LettersIndigo Sol Letters are created as personal reflection letters. Information you provide, including your preferred name and current season, may be used when preparing your letter.While letters are created with the individual subscriber in mind, themes, ideas, affirmations, reflection questions and other content may also appear in letters or Indigo Sol materials created for other people.Indigo Sol does not guarantee that every element of a letter will be unique or exclusive to an individual subscriber.5. Information We Need From YouTo provide your Indigo Sol Letters subscription, you may be asked for:* The name you would like your letter addressed to
* Your current Indigo Sol Season
* Your email address
* Your complete mailing address
* Optionally, your mobile number if you would like to participate in the Indigo Sol WhatsApp communityYou are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current.Please notify Indigo Sol of any mailing address changes before your next letter is prepared for dispatch.Indigo Sol cannot be responsible for a letter being delayed, returned or delivered incorrectly because the mailing information supplied was inaccurate or incomplete.How your personal information is collected, used and handled is explained separately in the Indigo Sol Privacy Policy.6. WhatsApp CommunityAccess to the private Indigo Sol WhatsApp community is included with an active Indigo Sol Letters subscription.The Indigo Sol WhatsApp community may also be joined separately through a standalone Community subscription at the price displayed at the time of subscribing.For Indigo Sol Letters subscribers, joining the WhatsApp community is entirely optional and is not required to receive your monthly letters.If you provide your mobile number for the purpose of joining the WhatsApp community, you are requesting that Indigo Sol use that number to facilitate your participation in the community.Please be aware that participation in WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms, features and privacy practices.You may leave the WhatsApp community at any time.If you hold a standalone paid Community subscription, leaving the WhatsApp community does not automatically cancel your recurring subscription. You must cancel your standalone Community subscription using the cancellation method provided by the applicable payment provider.7. Subscription and PaymentIndigo Sol Letters is offered as a recurring monthly subscription at the price displayed at the time you subscribe.By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription fee at the relevant billing interval until you cancel your subscription.Payment processing is handled securely by the payment provider identified during checkout. Indigo Sol does not directly store your full credit or debit card details.Any applicable postage, international delivery charges or other charges will be disclosed as part of the offer or checkout process where relevant.Indigo Sol may change the subscription price in the future. Active subscribers will be given reasonable notice before a price change applies to their ongoing subscription.8. Posting and DeliveryIndigo Sol Letters are generally posted between the 17th and 20th of each month, unless otherwise advised.Delivery times depend upon your location and the postal service involved. Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.Once a letter has been handed to the relevant postal provider, circumstances outside Indigo Sol’s reasonable control may affect delivery times.Where possible, a return address will be included on mailed letters.If a letter is returned as undeliverable, Indigo Sol may contact you to confirm your mailing details and determine whether the letter can reasonably be resent.9. Lost, Damaged or Missing LettersIf you believe your letter has been lost, significantly damaged in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact Indigo Sol at [email protected].We will consider the circumstances and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include replacing or reposting the letter where reasonably possible.Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.10. CancellationYou may cancel your recurring Indigo Sol Letters subscription at any time using the cancellation method provided through the relevant subscription or payment platform.Cancellation will stop future recurring charges in accordance with that platform’s billing arrangements.If your current month’s letter has already been prepared or dispatched before cancellation takes effect, you may still receive that letter.Any rights you may have to a refund or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law are not affected by these Terms.11. Intellectual PropertyUnless otherwise stated, the original written content, Indigo Sol Journey framework, Indigo Sol Seasons, reflection materials, affirmations, exercises, graphics, branding, card designs and other original Indigo Sol materials are owned by Sharm Petersen/Indigo Sol or used with appropriate permission.Your Indigo Sol Letter is provided for your personal use.You are welcome to share your own experience of Indigo Sol and reasonable excerpts of your personal letter for non-commercial purposes.However, Indigo Sol materials may not be substantially reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, adapted into another product or service, or used commercially without prior written permission.Nothing in this section is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.12. Personal Reflection, Educational and General Wellbeing DisclaimerIndigo Sol Letters, the Indigo Sol Journey, Season Reflections, community discussions and all other Indigo Sol content are provided solely for personal reflection, inspiration, education and general wellbeing purposes.Indigo Sol does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counselling, financial, legal or other professional advice or services. Nothing provided by Indigo Sol is intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical or mental health condition, or to replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified professional.Any discussion of psychology, neuroscience, beliefs, behaviour, subconscious processes, spirituality, manifestation, personal growth or similar subjects is provided for general educational or reflective purposes only. Such content should not be interpreted as individual professional advice or as a representation that any particular practice, belief or approach will produce a particular result.Indigo Sol does not guarantee or promise any particular personal, emotional, psychological, spiritual, relationship, health, career, financial or other outcome from receiving a letter, participating in the community, completing a reflection or engaging with any Indigo Sol content.You are responsible for determining whether Indigo Sol content is appropriate for your individual circumstances and for your own choices, decisions and actions. If you require professional advice, assessment, diagnosis, treatment or support, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.13. No Guaranteed OutcomesEvery person’s circumstances and experience are different.Indigo Sol aims to provide thoughtful material that encourages stillness, awareness and personal reflection, but no specific transformation, result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.References to seasons, stillness, awareness, belief, possibility, light, personal growth or similar concepts within Indigo Sol are reflective and educational concepts rather than promises of particular results.14. Changes to Indigo Sol LettersIndigo Sol may occasionally make reasonable changes to the format, contents, inclusions, delivery arrangements, community features or other aspects of the subscription as the service develops.If a significant change materially affects an active subscription, subscribers will be given reasonable notice where practicable.Any pricing changes affecting an ongoing subscription will also be communicated before the new price takes effect.15. Circumstances Beyond Our ControlSometimes events outside Indigo Sol’s reasonable control may delay or prevent normal operation of the service.These may include postal disruptions, natural disasters, severe weather, public health events, government restrictions, technology outages or other unforeseen circumstances.Where this occurs, Indigo Sol will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and resume normal service as soon as reasonably possible.16. Liability and Australian Consumer LawTo the extent permitted by law, Indigo Sol is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from the use of reflective, inspirational or educational content provided through Indigo Sol Letters.However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy provided by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.Where Australian Consumer Law applies, those statutory rights continue to apply.17. PrivacyIndigo Sol respects your privacy.Personal information provided in connection with your subscription is handled in accordance with the Indigo Sol Privacy Policy.Please read the Privacy Policy before submitting your subscription details.If you choose to provide your mobile number for the Indigo Sol WhatsApp community, it will also be used for that purpose as described in the Privacy Policy.18. Changes to These TermsThese Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to Indigo Sol Letters, business practices or applicable requirements.The current version will display the date it was last updated.Where a change materially affects an active subscription, Indigo Sol will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.19. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.Nothing in this clause limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable Australian consumer law.20.
