Please read them carefully before joining. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your subscription.1. About IndigoSol LettersIndigoSol Letters is a monthly printed letter subscription service created and operated by Sharm Petersen, trading as IndigoSol Letters, a sole trader registered in New South Wales, Australia (ABN provided on request). Each month subscribers receive a printed letter and a collectible card posted to their nominated mailing address. Letters are written for life path number group energy, determined by the subscriber’s numerology life path number, and draw from Sharm Petersen’s handcrafted Archeiai oracle card deck and Angel Number card deck, blended with numerology guidance.2. What You ReceiveEach month your subscription includes:- A printed letter written for your life path number group energy, including a personalised affirmation, a reflection question, and space for your monthly intentions and reflections
- A beautiful collectible quote card or stickerPlease note that letters are written for a life path number group and are not individually personalised to each subscriber. All subscribers sharing the same life path number receive the same letter for that month.Letters and cards are posted between the 17th and 20th of each month. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Australian delivery typically takes three to seven business days. International delivery may take significantly longer and is subject to the postal systems of the destination country. IndigoSol Letters does not guarantee specific delivery dates once items have been dispatched.3. Subscription and PaymentSubscriptions are billed monthly at $11 AUD through Patreon. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly payments at this rate until you cancel. Your payment details are stored and managed securely by Patreon in accordance with their own terms of service. IndigoSol Letters does not store, access, or process your payment information directly.Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. IndigoSol Letters reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with a minimum of thirty days written notice to active subscribers.4. What We Need From YouTo process your subscription and deliver your letter you are required to provide:- Your full name and complete mailing address for posting purposes
- Your life path number, which you can calculate using our free life path calculator, used solely to assign you to your correct letter groupIt is your responsibility to ensure your mailing address is accurate and current at the time of subscribing and to notify IndigoSol Letters of any changes to your address before letters are dispatched each month. IndigoSol Letters is not responsible for letters that are undeliverable, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the subscriber.5. CancellationYou may cancel your subscription at any time through your Patreon account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month after cancellation is confirmed. If your letter for the current month has already been posted at the time of cancellation you will still receive that letter. No refund will be issued for the month in which cancellation occurs if posting has already taken place.6. Refunds and Lost LettersAs IndigoSol Letters involves printed and physically posted items, all sales are final once letters have been dispatched. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind once your subscription letter has been sent.A return address is included on all envelopes. If your letter is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to confirm your correct address and arrange reposting at no additional cost.If you believe your letter has been lost in transit please contact us at [email protected] within thirty days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to assist you. In cases of confirmed loss, IndigoSol Letters may, at its discretion, repost your letter where stock permits.IndigoSol Letters is not liable for delays or losses caused by postal services or courier providers once items have been dispatched.7. Intellectual PropertyAll content created by or for IndigoSol Letters is the exclusive intellectual property of Sharm Petersen. This includes but is not limited to the letters, the Archeiai card system, the Angel Number card system, all card meanings, affirmations, reflection questions, card artwork, brand identity, website content, and all written materials.You may not reproduce, copy, photograph, share publicly, sell, distribute, or use any IndigoSol Letters content for commercial or personal gain without prior written permission from Sharm Petersen.Sharing your personal letter privately for non-commercial purposes is permitted. Any other use requires written consent.8. Force MajeureIndigoSol Letters will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to postal strikes or disruptions, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, extreme weather events, or any other event that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented. In such circumstances IndigoSol Letters will make all reasonable efforts to notify subscribers and resume normal service as soon as practicable.9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, the total liability of IndigoSol Letters and Sharm Petersen to any subscriber in connection with this subscription shall not exceed the amount paid by that subscriber for the month in which the relevant issue arose. IndigoSol Letters is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage of any kind arising from or connected to your subscription.10. Changes to the ServiceIndigoSol Letters reserves the right to change subscription pricing, content format, delivery terms, or any other aspect of the service at any time. Subscribers will be given a minimum of thirty days written notice of any significant changes. Continued subscription following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.11. DisclaimerIndigoSol Letters is created for entertainment, inspirational, and personal reflection purposes only. The IndigoSol Quiz and Life Path CalculatorThe IndigoSol quiz and life path calculator hosted on our website do not collect any personal information. No name, email address, date of birth, or any other identifying information is required to use these tools and no data from your responses is stored or transmitted to us.8.
